Frequently Asked Questions
We want to make your experience in dealing with us as painless and enjoyable as possible. We've collected together a list of the questions we get asked most frequently.
Q: I've just bought a track and downloaded it, but its only a few seconds long. Can you please correct this?
A: The short download occurs when your internet connection goes off for a split second during the download.
All you need to do is to log into your account and download the track again. Please make sure you refresh the browser, by pressing F5 on the keyboard, before you download again. If you don’t you will get the same short download as this is stored in your computers cache.
Please note any tracks you buy from us remain in your account forever - so should you loose your tracks you can just login and download them again.
Q: Is there any difference in quality between the download mp3s and CD
A: Our mp3s are 128kbps mp3 files. This is the industry standard as adopted by ITunes etc. The CDs are uncompressed .wav files and play on any CD player or computer.
Q: I ordered some tracks for mp3 download and I haven't received them yet. When will I receive them please?
A: The system is fully automatic. As soon as your payment has been processed, you will receive a receipt email from Worldpay and the tracks appear in your account. Just login to your account

and click on the ‘download’ links.
If you have placed a telephone order and are waiting for tracks to be emailed to you, please check that:
1. The emails have not been filtered by your junk mail filter.
2. Your message box is not full.
3. You can receive attachments. Some ISPs do not allow emails with attachments.
If you still have problems after checking all of the above suggestions, then please contact us to resolve the problem.
Q: I'm trying to play the previews but all I get is a 'red cross' and the preview does not play. Can you please help?
A: You are missing a plug-in in your audio set up. You need to download and install Quicktime from Apples website. Here is the link for the free download
